
Members are committed to fantastic food and drink from Yorkshire and Humber. As a producer member, all products made have undergone a reasonable value-adding process. Products manufactured/produced/grown/raised/baked/caught (NB all primary produce, meat or vegetables) have all spent at least 50% of its life or a minimum of 6 months on our land in the region. Retailer and hospitality members must demonstrate a policy of local sourcing where and when products are available within the Yorkshire & Humber region.

The local accommodation assessment scheme focuses on demonstrating that businesses are 'legal, safe and clean'. The scheme is accredited by Visit England and requires annual assessment visit from an experienced inspector.
