Dating from 1113 AD, the Bridlington Priory Church was originally part of one of England's leading monasteries. The surviving nave of the church is now a thriving parish church with a wealth of historic features.
The Priory organ was built in 1889 by the Belgian firm of Anneessens. In 2006, under the direction of organ consultant Paul Hale, it was completely rebuilt by Nicholson of Malvern. It is now one of the finest four manual organs in the country, having modern mechanical and electrical action yet retaining most of the original pipework. With its 75 stops it is more than capable of faithfully rendering the wide range of British and Continental organ music.
Groups are accepted by prior arrangement.

From the Scarborough A165 onto Scarborough Road and turn left at Kirkgate the Priory is on the right.

Leave the station, turn left off the approach road and follow the main road (Quay Road/St John Street). Turn right at 2nd set of traffic lights.
