Arts and Crafts on the Wolds: The Restoration of St James' Church, Warter.

Twenty years ago the redundant church of St James in the picturesque village of Warter was threatened with demolition. Through the determination of a group of volunteers the church and its superb collection of Arts and Crafts monuments and stained glass were saved and the building has become a heritage centre and venue for concerts and lectures.

PLEASE NOTE: The venue for this event is at St John of Beverley RC Church, 5 North Bar Without, Beverley HU17 7AG.
