For orders including printable tickets it is important that you print the confirmation page of the booking section when you place the order or via the link supplied in the confirmation email. This ticket will be requested upon arrival at the attraction/event.

Third parties are responsible for ensuring that the information they supply is accurate and complies with any relevant regulations. The contract for any relevant product is between you and the supplier. Therefore there are addition terms and conditions before completing your transaction. You can request these terms and conditions by clicking on the link to the relevant supplier. In respect of any products supplied by external organisations or attractions Visit Hull & East Yorkshire will have no liability.
